U.S.P.F.O. – Armed Forces Reserve Center (ARC) – Muscatine, IA

Design/Build of a new approximately 37,037 sf., masonry, single-story, Armed Forces Reserve Center for the Iowa National Guard.  Project is located on a 26 acre site adjacent to the Muscatine, Iowa Airport.  The building has a standing seam metal roof over the Drill Hall area, exterior metal wall panels at the Vehicle Maintenance and includes a new Fire Protection / Sprinkler System and Fire Alarm Mass Notification System, Direct Digital Control (DDC) Temperature Control System and Lighting Control System.

Site work includes: Site Utilities, a new sanitary Lift Station, Storm Water Drainage System and Retention Ponds, Fencing, Military Parking area with Concrete Paved Parking Lots / Driveways (approx. 5,200 SY of concrete) and Landscaping.

Facility includes Administrative Areas, Classrooms, Drill Hall, Vehicle Maintenance Area, commercial Kitchen, Locker Rooms, Fitness Room, Vaults, Simulator Room and other specialty areas.  Project LEED Silver Certified.
