U.S.A.C.E. – Army Reserve Center (ARC) – Las Cruces, NM

NEW Construction of Las Cruces, 200-Member New Mexico Army Reserve Center (ARC) – LEED Silver Facility.  Project included Training Center and an Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS).  The Training Center (ARC), one-story structure is an approximately 32,096 sf., located in Dona Ana County, NM.  Project also included approximately 15,600 SY of Military Equipment Parking.  Buildings are of permanent construction with reinforced concrete foundations, concrete floor slabs, structure steel frames, modified bitumen build up low slope roof, CMU walls, heating ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and security systems.  Supporting facilities included site preparations, paving, fencing and extension of utilities.  Facilities comply with DOD minimum antiterrorism force protection. 

Project included additional options: ¤ Operations and Maintenance Army Reserve (OMAR) Funded Equipment Items; ¤ Bona-Fide need – OMAR-Funded Items; ¤ Wash Platform; Site Lighting at POV/MEP; ¤ Concrete paving at Military Equipment Parking; and & ¤ Information Technology (IT) LAN devices & support.
