General Scope of Project: Project consisted of construction of an annex to the existing bus maintenance facility. The superstructure of the addition consisted of a pre-engineered metal building system with insulated metal wall and roof panel system, modified to confirm to Chicago Energy Code. The structure was supported on shallow foundations and grade beams. Services (MEP and FP) were extended from existing systems and or independent as specified and shown on the Drawings.
