General Scope of Project:
Industria-Veteran, Joint-Venture - 5,589 sf - Complete demolition of Southwest Quadrant of Hines VA Hospital 12th Floor for Build-Out of a New Women’s Clinic. In addition to demolition of space, work consisted of: Installation of all New MEPs, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, Walls, Finishes including Custom Flooring. Paint, Millwork, Acoustical Ceilings, Ceramic Tile (Bathrooms), Doors and New Fitness/Medical Equipment.
