General Scope of Project:
Design/Build, 51,000 sf. Renovation, MEP upgrades, arch finishes, bathroom upgrades, fire alarm systems. OVC partnered with Wight & Co. and Epstein to perform work for a fixed price, design/build contract. The renovation project included a complete demolition of mechanical plumbing systems, laundry facility, upgrade of bathroom facilities, new fire alarm system including in 2 adjacent occupied buildings, masonry facade repairs, painting ad electrical upgrades for the Bachelor’s Enlisted Quarters build 632 and fire alarms in buildings 6321 and 635. OVC self-performed architectural demolition as well as the new masonry, tuckpointing, masonry joint sealants, carpentry, brick repairs and misc. labor work throughout the project.
