General Scope of Project: Restoration of steel shelf angle and installation of new membrane flashing systems in order prevent water and moisture penetration into the building. Included selective demolition, repair and cleaning of brick masonry. Majority of work completed from suspended "swing type" scaffolding positioned on the rooftops. OVC self performed all work for project.
