General Scope of Project:
TOC#1 – Landscape Improvements at Washington Park Homes (N&S): This 2008 task order contract involved improvements to the site sewer and drainage systems, installation of new decorative light poles and fixtures, new poured concrete walkways, new ornamental iron fencing & gates, a new masonry trash enclosure and placement of new sod, trees and shrubs.
TOC#2 – ADA Retrofit Project at the Judge Frederick W. Slater Annex (IL2-070): This 2008 task order contract provides ADA Accessibility improvements to a large (50+) residential apartment building. The project required the installation of new ADA amenities on nine (9) floors including code compliant shower stalls, fixtures, kitchens, major appliances, doors and hardware. The designs include improvements for items in common areas & hallways such as signage relocation, replacement of the typical trash chutes and reduced pull door openers. |
