General Scope of Project:
Renovation encompassed site demolition and excavation of asphalt, gravel and vegetation. Site was re-graded, including a new sledding hill, over a new buried storm water drainage system. New paved walkway as installed around play area and sledding hill. New trees, sod and perennials were provided along with new lighting, benches and trash receptacles. Site was furnished with a new concrete entry and parking area as well as a trash compactor and enclosure. New ornamental fencing secures the site.
