General Scope of Project: Renovation encompassed site demolition and excavation of an existing asphalt play area and play equipment, as well as the existing vegetation. Site was furnished with a new underground retention and drainage system and new irrigation system below a new artificial turf play area. New playground equipment was installed with a rubber play surface. Area was provided with a new trash compactor and enclosure, benches and trash receptacles and ornamental site lighting. Fresh landscape plantings were provided surrounding the site along with new ornamental fencing.
