Old Veteran Construction, Inc. (OVC) is a Chicago-based firm specializing in General Contracting and Masonry work. OVC began in 1986 when Old Veteran Tuckpointing was founded by Jose Maldonado, President and sole owner. In 1999, OVC which had previously only performed masonry work, expanded its scope of services to include General Contracting.
